2 Book a free no obligation home survey
We’ll work with you and our approved surveyor to book an appointment within 10 working days, or whenever is convenient. It usually takes an hour, and we'll call you on the morning of our visit to check you're ready.
We'll do most of the legwork, and we'll chase the results of the visit so you shouldn't have to wait longer than 5 days to get your results.
3 Discuss your Energy Plan
Once we have everything we need, we’ll create an energy plan for you. This will include things like:
- Which energy-saving improvements are available to you
- What would be included / excluded from the installation – and any permissions you might need
- Any funding available to you
Then if you’re happy we’ve answered all your questions, we can book your installation.
If you're happy to go ahead with the installation, we'll aim to schedule a visit within 10 working days, or whenever is convenient for you.
Our approved installer will explain what needs to be done before starting work and will answer any questions you may have.
It usually takes between 1-2 days depending on your property and the work that needs to be done.
We'll try to make your assessment and install as straight forward as possible. To make sure things go smoothly, here are a few things you may need to consider before gettng started.
Before we can proceed
Please be aware, we’ll need to run some checks and obtain evidence of your benefits before we can move forward with your survey. We may cancel your survey if we can’t confirm your eligibility.
- We will require proof of tenure
- If your property is rented, the consent of both yourself and your landlord
- If required, we will need to perform a department of work and pensions check, to confirm the benefits you receive
