Bill Saver August 2013

Bill Saver August 2013 offers annual charges 7% below our standard variable charges for the average customer until 31st August 2013. After the 31st August 2013, customers will revert to our prevailing standard variable (off-line) prices.

Plus, pay by Direct Debit for both your gas and electricity and you’ll also receive a discount of £100 when you’ve paid this way continuously for 12 months.

Bill Saver August 2013 is not available to Prepayment customers or customers with non-standard metering. Prices aren’t fixed or capped so prices may vary during the offer period. Bill Saver has a standing charge so annual charges for customers with very low consumption August be higher than the charges on our standard tariff which does not contain a standard charge.

If you take both fuels you could also get our Central Heating Care product (which includes boiler care) at a discounted rate of £10 a month in the first year (currently £15 month for new customers, new customers only.)

  • Provides an annual service to keep your boiler working safely and efficiently
  • £10 per month for the first year (currently £15 a month for new customers)
  • Must have an eligible gas boiler
  • Payment will normally be by Monthly Direct Debit
  • Must be the homeowner or be responsible for the up keep of the household boiler (excluding landlords for their rental properties)
  • Central Heating Care product available to all mainland UK households only
 

Bill Saver August 2013: charges are guaranteed to be 7% lower for the average customer, on an annual basis, than our standard (offline) variable charges from time to time until 31/08/12 when they will revert to prevailing (offline) standard prices. Requires a residential contract with npower for electricity and/or gas on our Bill Saver August 2013 tariff entered on or after 23/04/12, paying by Direct Debit or on receipt of bill. Based on a customer with a typical annual average electricity consumption of 3,300kWh and gas consumption of 16,500kWh. Includes VAT at the reduced rate of 5%. Annual charges for customers at other consumption levels will vary. As Bill Saver has a standing charge, annual charges for customers with an annual electricity consumption of 728kWh or less and/or annual gas consumption of 4572kWh or less (as applicable) may be higher than our standard charges. Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn, suspended or amended at any time.

npower hometeam care products: only available in mainland UK. Subject to eligibility. Terms and conditions apply. If you cancel before the end of your 12 month care contact, we may retain and/or recover any reasonable costs/expenses incurred by us (up to the value of your remaining payments.

£10 per month: Price is available for the first year only to customers new to npower for both boiler /central heating care and their gas and electricity, where the customer takes dual fuel from npower under Bill Saver August 2013 on or after 14th May 2012. Includes VAT at 20%. At the end of the 12 months, we shall notify you of your renewal price and you will have the option to cancel your renewal if required. Subject to availability and can be withdrawn at anytime. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Prices correct as at 14th May 2012 but subject to change.

Unlimited callouts, all parts and labour included: Provided that the boiler is not beyond economic repair. No repairs can be carried out in the first 14 days.

All repairs guaranteed for 12 months: We will guarantee all parts and labour on a repair to the customers’ appliance for 12 months from the date of the repair.

Your annual discount: If you pay by Direct Debit continuously for 12 months (either by making monthly payments or by settling your quarterly bill in full by variable Direct Debit) we’ll give you a discount off your bill (£100 if you buy both electricity and gas, £50 if you buy just gas or £40 if you buy just electricity). Alternatively, if you pay for both fuels for 12 months by cash or cheque, either when you receive your quarterly bill or by regular monthly or fortnightly payments, we’ll give you a £10 Dual Fuel discount. Your discount will be credited to your account on or before the last day of the 12th month after becoming eligible and then on or before the same last day of each year you continue to pay this way. Dual fuel customers must pay for both fuels in one combined payment and accept a combined dual fuel bill or statement to receive a Dual Fuel discount. Certain tariffs are excluded. If you don't pay by Direct Debit and you receive any discount that is equivalent to our Direct Debit discount, this equivalent discount will be replaced by the Direct Debit discount if you switch to Direct Debit payment.
