Health Through Warmth Referrals

Referrals for clients who meet the scheme eligibility criteria (see home page) are accepted from community professionals for example: health & social care workers, welfare agencies and charitable organisations.

The referral will be assessed for eligibility and appropriate action taken. Funding to help pay for measures is sought from charitable organisations and the npower Health Through Warmth Crisis Fund, if applicable. Assistance is discretionary and based on individual circumstances.
