Dear Jane,

I am just writing to say a big thank you for your help in getting my central heating. It has really made a difference to my life.

I can now move about without lots of clothes on, have a shower even if the wind is blowing or not, and one day my friend asked me what I was doing, and had to admit to lying in bed with hot water bottles to keep warm in the middle of the afternoon.
