Using the npower carbon calculator
The Carbon Calculator lets businesses of all sizes estimate the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions arising from their operations.
Because it is designed for simplicity, the Carbon Calculator does not include emissions arising from processes such as cement and lime production, brewing, smelting aluminium or magnesium and certain chemical reactions.
How to use the Carbon Calculator
Download the Carbon Calculator spreadsheet and complete the figures requested in the boxes. You’ll find tips on where to find this information alongside each box.
It doesn't matter if some of your data is not completely accurate at this stage. It can be refined later if emissions from that source prove to be important.
