Our response to Ofgem

In October, the energy regulator Ofgem wrote an open letter to all energy suppliers asking them to carry out an independent assessment into their complaints resolution processes across domestic and micro business customers. 

The findings from the assessment are now available – and some of the steps we already have in place to improve the way we handle complaints.
