We have also structured our business to provide a dedicated Consultant & Brokers Team, so that you always have a single point of contact that can help. Your Business Development Manager or Account Manager is available with advice and guidance about our products and services, and Customer Relationship Managers can help with billing and other customer service questions. We invite tenders and always aim to provide a quick turnaround.

Events and meetings

Strong interpersonal relationships are key to effective collaboration. We get together with consultants and brokers on a regular basis and also host an annual meeting where we can put names to faces and learn from each other’s experience.
