Advice and support
We have specially trained staff who can offer free impartial advice on ways to save energy and cut your energy bills. In certain areas we can also arrange for an Energy Services Representative to visit your home and recommend ways of saving energy and money.
Energy Efficiency Helpline
Call us on 0800 022 220 (free from most landlines) or 0330 100 8620 (included in any 'inclusive minutes' from mobiles) to speak to one of our trained advisers.
The service is available from Monday to Friday (8am until 8pm) and Saturday (8am until 6pm).

Calling us on a 0330 number will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines or mobiles. If you get ‘inclusive minutes' with your package, calls on a 0330 number will be part of these.
