We have Guaranteed Standards as well as Overall Standards to ensure that you receive outstanding service from us. The EnergySure Code of Practice promotes the best practice of energy selling in the industry. The Code of Practice for Accurate Bills developed by the Energy Retail Association (ERA) assists customers in understanding what they can expect from suppliers regarding bills and statements.

We also make sure that you have access to information about your energy supply. We have supplied information about gas transporters and electricity distributors.

National Grid

National Grid own, operate, and develop the high-voltage electricity transmission network in England and Wales and Great Britain's principal natural gas transportation system.

They provide a freely available Code of Practice for their customers. You can view the information it includes or download the code of practice from their website.
