With paperless billing, you can access your bills online whenever you want. So it’s one less thing to shred or file away. We’ll also email you when your new bill is ready to view and you will be able to access your old bills online for up to 2 years.
If you select our meter read reminder service we’ll send you an email or text when it’s time to read your meter, so we can provide you with a more accurate bill.

There may be some circumstances when it is not possible to use your meter readings and in this case we will estimate your consumption. Our agents will still require access to your meter to take readings and for safety checks. The meter reads you supply will be in addition to our own meter reads and will be used to provide the most up-to-date view on your statement.
