"I was impressed when dealing with npower, my installer gave me a list of companies who run an export reward scheme.
Although I have only been generating since November, I’m very happy with the system, I’ve generated over 1000kWh & exported 400kWh since it’s been installed. I feel like I have contributed environmentally and also feel it will reduce my electricity bills. I would definitely recommend npower to anyone interested in installing solar PV panels. They were very quick with our export payment, it's a straight forward process and a good investment."

"I found npower to be very switched on, a very personal service as a customer it always felt very much ‘one to one’.
Reducing my bills wasn’t the sole reason for installing the wind turbine but was a consideration, the main reason was ‘doing the right thing’. I have received lovely comments from neighbours saying it really uplifts them seeing the turbine going round.
